Client Services

We are a non-profit charitable agency (501-c-3) dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families in temporary crisis.  On average we see 150 -200 families ( 450 -600 children) per month.

We cover the Keller Independent School District and the NWISD area (Haslet, Roanoke, Justin, Wise County). The KISD serves portions of the cities of Colleyville, Ft. Worth, Hurst, North Richland Hills, Southlake, Watauga, Westlake, and all of the city of Keller.

Emergency Food: If a client is unable to present the paperwork listed below during their first meeting with us, to qualify for assistance, we will provide emergency overnight food. This will allow clients to come back the following day with their necessary paperwork.

Food Pantry:
Our food pantry provides our clients with the food they need to survive while dealing with their emergency crisis. We provide the families with a menu and foods to go along. Our food pantry is stocked with donations from the greater Keller Independent School District community and NW area.

Clothing and Household Items:
Our qualified clients are given the clothing needed for job interviews, their children, and family members. We also provide them with household items in the event of fire or eviction. All items are donated to us.

Emergency Financial Aide:
Our qualified clients will be considered for emergency financial aide in the event of a crisis. Our funds are limited to those that are raised through fundraisers, grants, charitable donations, our Resale Shoppe, and through Churches, Businesses, Corporations, Groups, and Organizations.

We provide medical/dental, eye care, prescriptions, clothing, food, school supplies, new shoes, new under clothing, and any other emergency needs to children. We partner with the Keller Independent School District in providing the students on the campus's who are on the Federal Program with all their needs. These referrals come from the Counselors and the Nurses on each campus.

Special Programs:
We provide our families with School supplies, Lending Library, Snowday, Picnic, Spring Celebration meals, Summer lunches for the children, Thanksgiving meals, Christmas meals, and new Christmas gift items for children 0-18 years of age. All Items are donated to the Storehouse and passed on to our families.
