LENDING LIBRARY
Our Lending Library is located in our Client Services facility in Roanoke. Books are available for children ages 0-18 years. We strive to have the books that are assigned as required reading available to the children in our service area of Keller and Northwest ISD. We want to provide every opportunity for these children to succeed in school.
Monitored reading times where school aged children can come in and read to themselves while a volunteer is there to watch and help as needed. Hours will be tracked and anyone reading 8 hours or more during the summer will receive an award.
You can Volunteer to help:
Assist children with book selection and maintaining reading log. Keep lending library neat. Minimum age to volunteer alone is15 years old. Volunteers 10-14 years old may volunteer with a parent
