Event Timeline

 

3:00 PM – Guest arrival, registration, and mingling. Enjoy viewing auction items and participate in the charity betting pool.

 

4:45 PM – 5:45 PM – Best Dressed Contest and final preparations for the race.

 

5:57 PM – Live Kentucky Derby Broadcast.

 

6:15 – 7:15 PM – Post-race check-out, thank you, and farewells.

 

We recommend arriving early to make the most of your Derby Day experience. Tables and prime viewing spots fill up quickly, and we want everyone to have the best seat in the house to enjoy the race.
